Problems and solutions

• On some windows computers using Internet Explorer, when you try and access a word or excel document, the site will ask you for your username and password, even though you've already provided them. Sometimes this happens repeatedly with the same document, which is very annoying. This appears to be a known bug in some versions of Internet Explorer in their webdav protocol. The only two solutions we know of are 1) right-click and save the document before trying to open it. or 2) use a good web browser.
